- How are my labels designed on the website ?
The labels are designed thanks to a generator putting your text and images in place to make the label.

Generator : a program that produces a particular type of output on demand, as random numbers, an application program, or a report.
- Do I have to pay to use the website ?
No, you don't. It is entirely free because we want it to be open to everyody.
- How can I help the website ?

- On which type of paper can I print my labels ?
We advise you to use A4 self-adhesive paper. You will just have to cut and paste your labels then. It can be found in every supermarket.
Ordinary paper with some glue will do as well.
- What is the size of the labels ?
Our jam, preserve and miscellaneous labels are 8 cm (3.1 in) long by 5 cm (2 in) large.
School labels are 8 cm (3.1 in) long by 4 (1.6 in) cm large.
Bottle labels are 8 cm (3.1 in) long by 6 cm (2.4 in) large.
- I can't print my labels from the website. What can I do?
We have noticed that for some users of the 'Internet Explorer' navigator the printing function does not work.
If this is your case, we advise you to save the labels on your computer to print them then.
So as not to be bothered anymore, you could download another navigator: 'Mozilla Firefox', which works fine with this site.

- My labels are smaller than they should be when I print them. How can I print them bigger ?
For some Windows Vista users, the labels printed are smaller than what they should be when using Internet Explorer.
To solve this problem, before printing go to 'Files' > 'Print Preview' and choose '100%' in the 'Adjust' list.
- I have a problem. What can I do?
